MANDATORY SPRING 2021 PLAYER ASSESSMENTS
Minors, Majors & Juniors Only
Saturday, March 6 ,10am-2pm (division schedule below) 
DePortola Middle School (Baseball fields)



If you have any questions, please email [email protected]. Given the current climate and safety restrictions, this event requires a tremendous effort by a lot of people. Accordingly, we will not be holding makeup assessments.

COVID-RELATED SAFETY GUIDELINES

All players, parents & TLL volunteers must wear MASKS (over the mouth + nose) during the entire assessment process. No bandanas, gaiters.

Parents must social distance themselves from other families and remain away from the field, bleachers dugout and other players at all times.

At least one parent must remain on-site at all times. Please limit attendance to one parent.

No sharing helmets, gloves, or gear of any sort. Everyone must bring their own equipment.

Players can only bring water bottles. No food, other drinks, or gum are allowed during assessments.
No sunflower seeds allowed by anyone in attendance (players, managers & parents).
No one with any cold or flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, body aches, diarrhea, loss of smell/taste, rash) will be allowed to participate. If your player wakes up with these symptoms on 3/6, please do not bring them. Email us and we will make accommodations for a make-up assessment.
We will be doing temperature checks. Anyone with a 100F temperature or higher will not be allowed to participate.

ASSESSMENTS - PARENTS’ RESPONSIBILITY
For everyone’s safety: bats must remain in your child’s bag until a manager/volunteer advises otherwise. Once a player is done assessing, bats must be placed back in the player's bag until off-premises.
We will have a volunteer in the dugout for everyone's safety.
Only managers and TLL Board Members will be allowed on the field during assessments.
You cannot "Coach" your child while they are assessing. This is not only counter-productive but a possible safety hazard if there are too many people talking at once and the players confuse instructions.
After your child is done assessing, you may leave. No need to check out at the tables.
TEAM FORMATIONS (ALL TEAMS)
Teams will be formed in the week of March 8th. You will hear from your child’s manager starting the week of 3/15. If you have not received an email by Sunday, 3/21, please email [email protected]. Please do not email us before 3/21 inquiring about team assignments and practices.

MINORS (10am-12pm) – See breakout schedule below
A-H 10am - 10:30 am (9:30 am check-in)
I-N 10:30am - 11 am (10 am check-in)
O-Z 11am - 11:30 am (10:30 am check-in)
MAJORS (12pm-1pm) – See breakout schedule below
A-K 12pm-12:30pm (11:30 am check-in)
L-Z 12:30pm-1pm (12 pm check-in)
JUNIORS (1pm-2pm) – See breakout schedule below
A-L 1pm-1:30pm (12:30 pm check-in)
M-Z 1:30pm-2pm (1 pm check-in)
